Feast BBQ to Celebrate 10 Years With Special Events, Giveaways
Feast BBQ will celebrate its 10-year anniversary with events at each of its two locations: in NuLu on Aug. 25 and in Jeffersontown on Aug. 31.
Each location will be hosting its own party and giving away prize packages valued at over $1,000, with the grand prizes featuring Oklahoma Joe Offset smokers. The events will include surprise giveaways throughout the evening, live bluegrass performances led by Anna Blanton, and Ale-8 bourbon slushies for $1.
“Great barbecue takes time,” Eternal Optimist Hospitality and Feast BBQ founder Ryan Rogers said in a news release. “Great barbecue also brings people to the table to enjoy a quintessentially American food. We’ve been incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to share our food with our communities in Southern Indiana, Louisville, and Jeffersontown over the past decade.
“At 10 years in, we’re only just getting started on making great barbecue and bringing people together at our table.” Ryan adds, “Our teams, and their constant dedication, over the past 10 years have made it possible for us to still be here today.”
In 2012, after stints in Louisville’s fine dining institutions, Rogers opened Feast BBQ at the age of 26, in downtown New Albany, Ind. Today, Feast BBQ has two locations: in NULU at 909 E Market Street and in Jeffersontown at 10318 Taylorsville Road. Since its inception, Feast BBQ has garnered its share of local and national press including Eater’s 2013 Hottest Restaurant in Louisville, LEO Weekly’s Best Barbecue Restaurant since 2015, as well as mentions in Travel + Leisure Magazine, The Guardian, The Chicago Tribune, and The New York Times.
Eternal Optimist Hospitality, Feast’s parent organization, also includes Royals Hot Chicken and bar Vetti.
