A sibling restaurant to The Myriad Hotel in Louisville’s The Highlands, the Common Bond Hotel Collection announced it will open The Delegate in Frankfort later this fall.

Described as a semi-luxury hotel, it features a masculine design and aesthetic, catering to travelers in search of a blend of heritage and innovation. It will be located at 106 E. Broadway St. — the building has been known as the long-vacant Broadway Building and historically was the site of the Simon Warehouse.

The hotel features 48 modern guest rooms, with a mix of king, double queen and suite-style rooms. Several rooms will include private bedrooms, living rooms, and kitchenettes for extended stays. Amenities include a private tasting room, outdoor patio, and Cypress & Oak, a farm-and bourbon-focused steakhouse.

The property features three distinct spaces for private events and groups, with the most significant space hosting up to 32 guests. There is also corner retail space a bourbon tasting room, outdoor terrace and more.

Common Bond, on its website, describes The Delegate thusly: “Nestled in the heart of the Bourbon Trail, The Delegate provides a decidedly off-the-trail-vibe for refined quests: new traditionalism in the bluegrass. The perfect place for a power meeting or a quiet escape, The Delegate offers sophisticated hospitality designed to satisfy the guest needs of today.”
