Prideful Bluster Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Muscatel Barrels™© is the latest artfully crafted release from the renowned distillery, which traces its roots to 1871, when locally legendary moonshiner Jebediah Peyton Beauregard ran his still in the Appalachian lands of his forebears. His prideful demeanor and blustery personality inspired the name for this artfully crafted whiskey.
The base bourbon is meticulously sourced, Kentucky-distilled bourbon that has been painstakingly hand-picked by Master Blender Jacob Merrickson, who previously was second assistant distiller at now-defunct UpJunction Flavored Moonshine Co. Merrickson fastidiously tasted and chose three exquisite barrels, each one masterfully aged no less than 2 years, 17 days and 6 hours in the finest charred American Oak barrels. The resulting blended whiskey was then innovatively aged for three further months in the absolute very finest Muscatel barrels punctiliously culled from an undisclosed world-renowned Korean muscatel producer to create the exquisitely finished Prideful Bluster Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Muscatel Barrels™©.
